$700 per team through July 15th (price increases to $800 after July 15th).

Maximum is 36 teams, first come first serve.
Final date for registration is September 15th, 2023
If you are completing this form, you are the Team Captain.
Team Captain is responsible for collecting payment and fees from your team. This is not the responsibility of tournament organizers.
To register you’ll need 4 players.
If you don’t have a team, email mainstreetbusinesses@gmail.com and we will do our best to match you with one!
Golf Carts are included in the fee. If you choose not to use a cart, the fees are the same.
